An optional conference dinner will be held at the Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) on Thursday 14th April. Located on the historic site of the world’s oldest surviving passenger railway station MOSI’s amazing galleries and outstanding collections tell the story of Manchester’s scientific and industrial past, present and future. Delegates will be treated to dinner surrounded by machinery from the industrial to the modern age. The ticket price includes a three course meal and drinks. Ticket cost is £40 + VAT @ 20% and can be booked online on the conference registration page.
Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the online registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat.
Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 2 March 2011, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 16 March 2011, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 16 March 2011, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
