Those presenting at the conference will be eligible to submit their work to a special issue based on the conference theme to be published in Computers & Education in 2012. As the deadline for submission is 30th April 2011, we strongly encourage presenters to have a full paper ready for review at the time of the conference. Submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process overseen by the Guest Editor of the special issue, and an Editor of the journal. To ensure that all manuscripts are correctly identified for inclusion into the special issue, it is important that authors select ‘Special Issue: CAL 2011’ when they reach the “Article Type” step in the submission process.
